6C. Cumulonimbus (capillatus).
Cumulonimbus clouds need not be large. This cloud, only about 3 km thick,
struggles to produce rain at the ground though there is much ice aloft.
This photo was taken at midday; deeper clouds and heavy showers formed
later.
