USGS/USDA/NRCS: Collection and Analyses of Soil Samples from Prairie Pothole Wetlands in the Prairie Pothole Region

Ecosystems services provided by wetlands are among the highest of various bios, but land use changes have altered the value and services from these ecosystems. This study will explore the speciation of phosphorus in wetland soils under various land use to evaluate the current status and progress of wetland restoration.
